Not impressed by staff at all - no warm fuzzies and “thanks for staying with us,” here. May just depend on who assists you at check-in. Apart from mediocre customer service the facility is beautiful, clean, and quiet. I recommend and will definitely be coming back. *Favorite addition: the bathroom heater that comes on upon entry...nice! (I had a king leisure room).

The Newest build Hotel in Town, the place is beautiful and clean and the Team is amazing. Its located in a perfect spot with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. This Hotel will give you the "Home away from Home feeling"

Absolutely amazing people! We had to go North as Irma was supposed to hit Miami and were finding shelter here. Absolutely all the people working in this hotel were fantastic! From the very nice front-desk staff to the lady running the breakfast buffet to the people cleaning the rooms - incredible! Also the hotel is in extremely good shape and very new! Great stay where they even provided games and hot dogs for all the people that stranded there from the South. For all my colleagues and me this was a great experience and should we ever come back to Milledgeville, this would be there place where we would stay! Thank you all!

What a kind and friendly staff. They went out of there way to accommodate me and my family. We fled hurricane Irma in the middle of the night and when we arrived several hours before our reservation, they got us into our room about 6 hours before our check in. The hotel is nice and new too. They've made a scary situation for us feel like a many vacation.
